Fog

Eugenia, the protagonist, lives with some aunts and uncles who, at all costs, want to marry her off to "a good catch." But she has other ideas of what a "good catch" is, so she soon finds herself involved in all sorts of trouble, some of it tragicomic. The work unfolds almost entirely through its characters' dialogue. Due to its style, Unamuno prefers to call it a "nivola" rather than a novel.
